Hometown Heroes Home Advantage is for Health Professionals [ Nurses, EMS, Doctors, Dental Hygienist, Therapist, CNA, Home health aid, Physician, etc. ] Teachers, Military [ active, veteran or reserves ] , Fire Professionals and Law Enforcement.
Hometown Heroes Home Advantage was created in Spring 2018 to honor and give back to such great and selfless people like yourself! It takes a special person to give so much of themselves day in and day out. You make not only our community great but also our country and without people like you, the world would not be the same! So we honor you with HHHA through your home buying or selling process by cutting you a check at closing! Thanking for you all you do.
Getting started with Hometown Heroes Home Advantage is easy ! All you have to do is contact Miriah Zuniga , tell her what your goal is [ buying, selling or investing ] and provide proof of a valid ID. That is it, she handles the rest !

Miriah Zuniga always has had a passion for serving others and knew the reason she
was placed on this earth was to do just that. After taking on different career paths
growing up to figure out just in what way she was suppose to serve others, she
found it ! Miriah found that with helping people with one of the biggest purchases
of their lives, was the way she was suppose to serve others.
"It is more than just finding someone their new house or help sell their current. It
is about helping that person find their home that they will make memories in, their
kids will take their first steps in and where they will celebrate family events. It's
about helping that family part away with the house they called home while helping
them adventure out to new start making it as smooth and easy as possible. It goes
way beyond putting a sold sign in the yard."
Miriah still continues to think about different ways to help everyone she comes in
contact with through her work, and better serve them. From client appreciation events,
educational courses, donations to charities, and more. This is how the thought of
'Home Town Heroes Home Advantage' came into creation! Miriah came up with
the idea of starting a program where she could help those in her community / country that truly make it what it is ! With a Veteran husband she knows first hand the sacrifice our troops make day in and day out and wanted to honor that but thought, why should it stop at only giving back to military? Why not give back to those who take care of us every day ? Who take care of our community, the streets we drive everyday, the people who help our children learn, those who take care of us. So she did just that, she summed all the people up and called them the Home Town Heroes !
